Apple is facing a 2.4 billion Yuan fine for selling IPads in the Xichen district. Thats 397 million US and 298.5 Euros. It is said that Apple violated an intellectual property agreement with Proview International Holdings Limited’s Taipei branch. Back in 2009, as those following the news may remember, Apple licensed the name “IPad” from Proview International but it did not include distribution rights in China.
