About a month ago, Motorola Mobility filed a lawsuit against Apple in Germany on the claim that the way iCloud push email works infringes on one of their patents. Since then, push email has not been available on iPad, iPhone and Macs in Germany. A German court today upheld the ban, so it seems that for the foreseeable future German iOS users will have to rely on incremental fetching for their email needs. Source below:
