UnFed UnDead iPhone App review

With everybody in a spooky mood this Halloween, we though that it would be nice to check out an iPhone game that, well, feeds on human flesh. Sound appealing? It should do.

UnFed! UnDead! allows you to control a zombie at each corner of a small room in which terrified victims will try to flee in a panic; reach in through the window and giggle as you victims run from the sound of splintering glass and then pounce in to the room and try to eat as many of the humans’ brains as possible before your shock timer runs out and the lucky ones get away.

Scary stuff…

You can wander through ‘chambers of terror’ looking for new victim; there’s no escape even for the innocent as bikini babes and brainy students are targeted just as much as Nazis and prisoners. Like any good ‘level’ game, there’s an end-of-level boss, a zombie slayer who you’ll have to conquer with flurries of thumb taps, gorging on brains that will put him in to a stupor.

Rip and tear to your heart’s content.

Either choose to play in solo mode and rack up top point scores to brag about on Facebook or get up to four buddies to play in multi-player mode on one single device, seeing who can earn the most points for feasting on as many brains as possible.

Summary

This is a really cool, fun game that’s thrill will last long past Halloween; anyone with even the slightest leaning towards the macabre will love it!

Pros

  • I love the fact that there’s such diversity in the victims and you show no prejudice against Nazis or Baywatch extras!
  • The graphics are really gruesome; if you let you kids play it, be sure to toggle the ‘Bloody Fun’ switch to ‘Off’ or they’ll have a few sleepless nights.

Room For Improvement

Is it possible to put the heads of certain politicians and Big Brother contestants on there?!
