If you want to insert a quick punctuation character but don’t want to go through the rigmarole of switching screens and switching back again, simply hold the ‘.?123’ button down but don’t lift your finger off, then slide your finger or thumb over to the full stop, comma, apostrophe etc and release it, which will switch back to the ‘ABC’ screen.
