This is part 4 of a 4 part series. When the audio starts Ahnalira assumes you have followed the program from the beginning. We are not sure the other 3 parts would really be needed if all you were seeking was meditation and relaxation. Everyone reacts and treats meditation differently. If you are trying to achieve more through mediation Parts 1-3 are recommended as these give you more instructions and guidance on meditative state. The app is user friendly. Open it, tap it and the app will immediately begin playing. No video, this is strictly audio.
Pros:
- You can set a time for meditation to play or use it for a wake-up alarm.
- The program has a journal.
- Connect with Facebook.
- Repeat or loop mode.
Cons:
- The voice, we personally did not find it soothing. Most speakers, their voice goes with the flow of the music. This one did not really match up and it was somewhat bothersome.
Summary: It’s not a terrible app, but it’s nothing special either. This would be best used for achieving relaxation for a deep sleep as a stand alone program. Not sure it’s worth the $2.99 price tag, especially when you need the other 3 apps to bring you to this level. It might be a good program for those just getting starting in meditation.
