app

This app is a simple way of comparing how much of your personality compares to someone else. You will need at least yourself and one other to make the match. Here’s how it works: you answer a number of personal questions on your personality (it won’t cost you anything) and then allow a friend, family member or loved one to do the same. The app will then compare the two personalities and give a match score. The higher the matched score, the better the two of you will be compatible.

PersonalityMatch goes one further by highlighting the areas in your personality where you don’t actually get on and offers resolutions. It does help you learn about your friend’s personality type. Although you will not get to see all the answers that were answered, you do get to see what type of character your friends have.

The personality test is sophisticated to some extent and promises to use parameters based on the testing and findings of many top psychologists. Included in those top names is Karl Jung (yes, the very famous psychological theorist).

So, this app does carry some weight with its methods on using character traits to compare one’s answers against another. Plus, there is also another feature within the app that lets you find your ideal job.

The personality test is built-in. And it will work as a test to find your best career path, find the suitable company type to work for and discover if the job title you are going for is an ideal match for you. We used the example of an Administration Assistant in Accounts and looked to compare whether we were best matched to that title. If you discover you are not, you can save time and not bother to apply for similar posts when job hunting.

You can also discover the worst careers for your career path. These are the jobs you should avoid looking to apply for. If you have youngsters in your family then skip by this app as it is not suitable for anyone under the age of 17.

What we did like about Personality Match was the league table it produces of the people you are most closely matched to. It could even allow you to choose who your friends are, or at the very least which ones you are more likely to get along with.
