Thankfully as of December 2010 Apple opened up iTunes promo codes to iTunes customers with accounts outside the U.S. Previously, promo codes were available for redemption only by users with U.S. accounts.
According to Apple, “Your promo code distribution is no longer limited to U.S. customers. Promo codes in iTunes Connect can now be redeemed by all App Store customers worldwide.
That is good news for our UK and other international followers. We do receive Promotions codes from developers and will share that on our Facebook page for all our fans and followers.
To redeem a code quite simply go to the home page of your iTunes and under Quick Links click on Redeem.
