As our brains get more inventive and technology becomes more advanced, it’s not uncommon for developers to create bizarre yet addictive apps. Some are incredibly useful while others are just meant to brighten our spirit. The array is vast and some creations are hands down uncanny. Here are a couple of iOS apps that could trigger addiction.
Quartz 2 Deluxe
Quartz 2 Deluxe claims to be one of the most exciting games for iOS. Players will have to challenge themselves and clear diamond-shaped matrixes by mixing at least 4 stones in the same colors. Use fire stones and wildcards to gather more points and smash more stones at once, but be careful to biohazard, blocker, nuclear and frozen stones – they’re dangerous. Compete with friends and top up their scores! Quartz Deluxe 2 looks simple, but as you advance in the game, you’ll have to deal with all sorts of challenges.
Labyrinth Lite Edition
Some of the most addictive games on iOS are in fact the simplest. This classic labyrinth game is probably the easiest to master, although you need to be really attentive if you want to have the highest score. All you have to do is control a ball of steel, and tilt it through a wooden labyrinth; sounds pretty simple, but you shouldn’t let yourself fooled by the first couple of levels. There are 10 levels in total. Do you have what it takes to conquer them all?
Kami
Who knew that now you can make origami on your phone? Deceptively simple, yet relaxing and beautiful, Kami is a paper puzzler you’ll adore. Unique and fresh, this iOS wonder game will exceed all your expectations. As you advance in the game, you’ll notice that the puzzles increase in difficulty. In total, there are 72 puzzles; but if that’s not enough for you, there are 27 premiums you can opt for.
Pokoto
Pokoto is one of the weirdest games on iOS. Nevertheless, it’s really fun to try out. This memory /flash card game is free to play, and it has infinite levels. Players must memorize patterns, stay focused on the eyes, and then poke (guess) them. Pokoto is a thematic game that really knows how to challenge your memory. Players get 3 initial lives, plus a couple of bonuses to help them advance faster in the game and make more points.
Threes
“Threes” will rock your world! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should be ready to be blown away. This indie puzzle got amazing reviews when it was released because it proved to be incredibly tricky. All you have to do is slide tiles around in an attempt to multiply them. “Threes” is addictive, fun to play and rather educational (it’s great for kids, too). But if you’re not careful enough, you’ll get stuck; your tiles won’t multiply and you’ll lose.
Cham Cham
Cham Cham is a lovable chameleon who loves candy fruit. Players will have to help Cham Cham get them back; basically, all you have to do is guide the adorable character using portals, canons and wind power to find his candy. Watch out as you’ll stumble upon all kinds of sharp rocks, lighting, ice and water on your quest. Rather challenging to master, Cham Cham is exciting and even a bit too addictive. Are you ready to travel the world in an attempt to keep Cham Cham happy?
The iOS marketplace is packed with all sorts of interesting games. Some are more challenging than others. If you’re having trouble making a choice, the ones mentioned above will keep you busy for many hours in a row.
