  1. Anoother cool Facebook/iPhone utility is the myGeoBook app that allows you add a map tab to your facebook fan page. You can create any number of points-of-interest and customize their look and feel and upload photos. You can even create the points of interest on your mobile while on the go and they will immediately be added to your map on your facebook fan page or your website. The same map can then be used on your website, blog or mobile. Pretty nifty: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=1079528331

  2. […] As said, I’m actually a convinced Google Plus evangelist. There’s no doubt in my mind about the question with Plus will become big: it will. The Google crew is working extremely hard and they always listen to user feedback (which is something the other social networks should learn from). However, that does not mean that I believe that Facebook will become irrelevant. It won’t. It is the largest social network and will undoubtedly continue to be so for years to come. Let’s not forget that Facebook’s developers aren’t sitting still; they want to make FB the home on the web – not just one of the websites they visit – for hundreds of millions, even billions, of users. For apps that do this very well indeed, I have to refer you to others, who know far more about apps than I do. See for instance this post at Mashable  and (newer) this one at iPhoneAppCafe. […]
