If you’ve ever been stuck on a train with a friend and have run dry of conversation and just want to listen to your music but are bound by the constraints of social niceties, then onanoff have the answer. Their headphones have a simple but incredibly effective patented system that allows another set of headphones to plug directly into the first set of headphones, allowing two users to listen to the same stream of music.

I tried these out on my new iPhone 4S that I bought from the O2 shop and I have to say, it works wonders.  My friend and I were happily sharing tunes whilst we sat waiting for a bus, bereft of the usual inane chitchat that we usually engage in.  The sound quality through the onanoff headphones is incredibly clear with a crystal clear projection of sounds coming through the comforting earbuds; however, the real draw is the LoveJack, which looks just like a normal headphone mini-jack but with an extra portal for others to put their jacks into.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: can the linking go on indefinitely?!  Well, onanoff recommend limiting the amount of LoveJacks connected to each other to four, with sound quality deteriorating after that amount; however, if you’re desperate for a silent disco then feel free to try more!

With a magnetic cable management system that winds the head phone cable up and keeps it connected to your T-shirt or shirt, you can take this set of headphones jogging and not worry about any tangled mess; all in all, two thumbs up from us.
